Infrastructure and Public Law
Diana Rueda is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz. Her practice focuses on Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships and Public Law. She has worked for the public and private sector, as well as for other law firms, giving legal counsel and representing public entities and private companies on matters related to Public Law, public procurement and infrastructure projects (such as airports, roads, railways, ports, aqueduct and sewerage).
She is author of publications and lecturer in Public Law matters. She has been involved in tender processes, the financing of Fourth Generation (4G) concession projects, as well as in the drafting and/or revision of contracts, such as concession, PPP, EPC, O&M, interface, joint ventures contracts, and has worked in related due diligence processes.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she worked as associate at three local law firms (Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría, Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas and Moncada Abogados), as in-house legal counsel at Strabag, and as legal advisor for the Ministry of Justice.
She has a JD from Universidad del Rosario, as well as a postgraduate degree in Public Procurement, a Master of Laws with emphasis in Public Law from the same university, and a LL.M from King’s College London. She is registered as arbitration secretary for the Center of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá. She speaks English and Spanish.
