She has more than 10 years of experience in commercial and investment arbitrations under the ICC, ICDR, UNCITRAL, Swiss, ICSID and Bogotá Chamber of Commerce Rules, advising States, State entities, companies and foreign investors in transportation, oil & gas, infrastructure, port services and energy disputes. Estefanía has acted as secretary in commercial and investment UNCITRAL and ICC arbitrations. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at the Paris office of Cleary Gottlied Steen & Hamilton, Zuleta Abogados and ProColombia. She has been admitted to the practice of law in Colombia, and to the New York and Paris bars.
Estefanía is an officer of the IBA Public Law Committee and a member of the Executive Committee of CLA-40. She has been regional representative of the LCIA-YIAG and has taught courses on International Dispute Resolution and Public International Law at Los Andes University.
