Natalia Uribe is an Associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz. Her practice focuses on Infrastructure and Private-Public Partnerships.
Natalia is a lawyer with more than eight years of experience in public law. She has advised public and private companies in structuring of infrastructure projects (such as power plants, roads, ports, railways, among others) and their tender processes. She has also advised private companies on matters regarding private and public procurement, including the drafting and negotiations of contracts, such as EPC, O&M, concession contracts, trusts, joint ventures agreements, supply of goods and/or services contracts, shareholders agreements, among others.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she was legal advisor of Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A. and legal counsel at a local law firm.
She has a JD from Universidad de los Andes and a Master in Construction Law and Disputes Resolution from Kings College London and a graduate degree in Public Law from Universidad de los Andes. Her native language is Spanish and she is fluent in English.
