Natalia Uribe is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz. Her professional practice focuses on infrastructure and public-private partnerships.
She has nine (9) years of experience in public law and state contracting, especially in the structuring of infrastructure projects and their contracting processes. She has advised private companies both in the structuring of PPPs and in the participation of these companies in public and private selection processes. She has also advised state entities in the structuring of projects and in the day to day operations.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she worked as a legal advisor to the Presidency of the Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A. and as a lawyer at a local law firm.
She is a lawyer from the Universidad de los Andes and has a master’s degree in “Construction Law and Disputes Resolution” from Kings College London and a specialization in Administrative Law from Universidad de los Andes. She speaks Spanish and English.
