DECREE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE, INDUSTRY AND TOURISM
Decree establishes the requirements and conditions for the authorization to Commercialization Companies that export products of the micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
By doing so it intended to boost the domestic industry and exports as a source of economic growth in the country
Through Decree 1451 of 2015, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism determined the special requirements and conditions to authorize the Commercialization Companies that sell products produced by micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The requirements for obtaining the authorization include demonstrating that there is a work plan with PROCOLOMBIA (the Tourism, Foreign Investment and Exports promotion agency), to have a favorable concept of risk rating by the Directorate of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and to present market studies that include the plan to export the products.
