CREATION OF A NEW CHILDREN’S LITERATURE CENTER AS AN EXCEPTION OF HOLDER’S COPYRIGHTS
A new Brazilian children’s literature center has been inaugurated. These sort of alliances are an exception of holder’s copyrights.
With the sponsoring of the Regional Center for Book Promoting in Latin America and the Caribbean Islands (CERLAC), a new Brazilian children’s literature information center has been inaugurated in Bogota. This sort of alliances are possible in Colombia, due to the fact that they are an exception of the copyright’s holders that allow to them to function without infringing copyrights of the books exposed therein.
This copyrights exceptions follow the same guidelines contained in the various international treaties such Bern Convention and TRIPS. Their purpose is to promote national and worldwide culture development.
