The Trademark Office may request a physical sample in case of considering that the submitted materials prove to be insufficient.
Sound trademark applications must contain a description using a musical stave or phonograms and an audio file.
Tactile trademark applications must include a detailed and clear written description of the texture, a drawing of photograph and a physical sample of the texture.
