COLOMBIAN TRADEMARK OFFICE AND NATIONAL LEARNING SERVICE (SENA) SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT TO FACILITATE THE REGISTRATION OF COLOMBIAN TRADEMARKS FOR ENTREPRENEURS.
The National Learning Service (SENA) and the Colombian Trademark Office, hope to help approximately 1,000 future entrepreneurs, with the creation of the FONDO EMPRENDER or ENTERPRENEUR FUND.
The cooperation agreement aims to unite the two entities and develop joint actions to enable entrepreneurs to have the opportunity to register their trademark or trademarks more easily, effectively and economically. Said agreement, allows the entrepreneur to receive up to 25% discount on the application fee regarding the trademark registration which will be paid in full by the ENTERPRENEUR FUND.
The entrepreneur may apply for said discounts through the attendance of the training courses realized by the Colombian Trademark Office through the Industrial Property Classroom program (API) where he will receive a certificate of attendance and the opportunity to apply for said discounts.
