The Colombian Chamber of Infrastructure (CCI) was created on 10 June 2003, as a result of the merger of some traditional guilds with more than 40 years of experience in the country related to the sector such as the Colombian Association of Engineers Builders ACIC, the Colombian Association of companies of engineering and consultancy AICO, the Colombia ASCOL consultants Association and the Colombian Association of dealers of infrastructure and services CONCESIA. The CCI has the branch Antioquia in Medellin, North headquartered in Barranquilla and West in Cali, in addition to the national presidency in Bogota.
